As Chief People Officer, Gina leads the firm’s human resources department and is responsible for developing and executing the Fiduciary’s People strategy with particular emphasis on the full talent lifecycle, from acquisition to growth and development, and delivering world-class employee engagement.
Experience
Prior to joining Fiduciary, Gina was a leader with Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, an asset management firm in Jersey City, NJ. At Lord Abbett, she was responsible for leading a variety of HR strategies including employee engagement and experience as well designing and executing on the benefits and well-being programs for the organization. In her time at Lord Abbett, Gina also created the firm’s first HR Business Partner program, strategically aligning HR capabilities to growing business needs.

Personal
Gina and her husband are kept very busy by their two young children. When not at work, they love to travel as much as possible, cheer on their daughter at all her activities, and play with their toddler son.
